Annie & Chris met while at UGA… while shooting. The UGA chapter of the wildlife society hosted a skeet shoot for beginner hunters. Chris was there as an experienced hunter and taught Annie how to shoot a shotgun. They are now both working as wildlife biologists and still shoot together. :) It only made sense to do their engagement session in the university’s Whitehall Forest. We ended the session in downtown Athens to get the Christmas lights in the trees and to swing by the Arch where Chris proposed. We really couldn’t have asked for a nicer day for photos, and I’m glad we got to take them during Annie’s favorite season: winter. Most of all, I loved spending time with this sweet couple. I love the way Chris looks at Annie & how he makes her laugh. The entire session was so much fun, and I can’t wait to photograph them again in June as they tie the knot! Annie & Chris are getting married at the 1100 acre Foxhall Resort and Sporting Club, and it’s going to be a blast!
