Shufan & Bin began dating way back in MIDDLE SCHOOL in China. They’ve since relocated to the United States and are both pursuing their higher educations here. They have a big wedding planned back in Beijing with their families and friends, but they wanted to also take portraits here in the U.S. for a couple reasons… They wanted to have photos to share with their friends in China who have never gotten to visit the U.S, and they wanted to have announcement photos for the big event. We chose to explore Downtown Athens and Normaltown because Shufan said she thinks of colorful walls & art when she thinks of the U.S. So we hit all the murals we could find and had a great time playing around at sunset. I love them together and love how these photos turned out.
