I loved meeting Kristina & Jerry and taking their engagement photos! They met through mutual friends while attending UGA and really started spending time together during “Sunday night dinners,” where about 20 friends would come together for a home-cooked meal, and Jerry was one of the chefs! While dating, Jerry would plan surprise trips for the two of them, so Kristina didn’t suspect anything when he whisked her away for a weekend in Asheville. What she didn’t know was that the trip would include staying at the Biltmore, glass blowing, trying out a ton of awesome restaurants, and ultimately a proposal while stargazing! When they contacted me about engagement photos, they said they wanted something simple & outdoorsy. I asked if they’d adventure through some towns a bit outside of Athens, and we ended up exploring parts of Bostwick, Georgia. I loved capturing Kristina’s huge smile, their adorable height difference, and the way they so effortlessly interacted in front of the camera. Enjoy!
