Devin & Chase met in high school and tied the knot this past year at the State Botanical Gardens in Athens, Georgia. I took Devin’s senior portraits from UGA, and ever since I’ve been dying to photograph her with her handsome fella… So when I saw my favorite cherry blossom trees in bloom, I immediately reached out. This was my second year photographing these trees. Last year‘s shoot with these gorgeous pink blooms produced some of my favorite images ever, so I wanted to see what I could create this year. Fortunately Devin & Chase were up for a spontaneous photo shoot (we always have to act fast, because these trees don’t bloom for long!). We only spent about 30 minutes shooting, but I love these images! And they’re perfect for Valentine’s Day! Thanks Devin & Chase for being such incredible models!
