Alysha is one impressive gal. She has danced jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, & pointe. She was a cheerleader in high school, along with being a member of like 16 clubs. At UGA, you could spot her at the football games all painted up with the Maniacs. She’s a member of UGA’s professional agricultural sorority — Sigma Alpha. Basically, she’s incredibly ambitious and involved in all the things.
From the time she was 3 years old, Alysha knew she wanted to be a vet. She graduates this May from the University of Georgia with a degree in Animal Science and a minor in Dairy Science… and the next step is vet school!!
When Alysha asked if she could include a cow in her senior photos, I was ECSTATIC. And not just any cow — Alysha has worked with a specific cow, who she named Milkshake, ever since Milkshake was a baby. She used to show Milkshake at dairy cattle shows at the collegiate level. The coolest part was that Alysha actually hadn’t seen Milkshake in a year when we did this session, and it was so sweet watching them reunite. Now 2 years old and approximately 1600 lbs, Milkshake is MUCH bigger and taller than she was the last time Alysha was around her. But they still shared a really special bond, and I’m so glad we got to take these photos at the UGA Dairy Farm.
