I have photographed this beautiful girl every Spring and Fall since she was 13. Since I mainly photograph weddings, it’s not often that I get to watch someone grow and mature so quickly in front of my camera. Julie continues to blossom before my eyes, and it has been such a touching experience getting to photograph her during the different seasons of the year and seasons of her life. Most of all, I love that her mom is making sure these teenage years are treasured and captured in photographs… They’ll be gone before you know it.
We started this shoot at a location very special to Julie and her family… an amphitheater and memorial dedicated to her grandfather, known as the Alan Jaworski Plant Science Amphitheater. We then walked around UGA’s South Campus and enjoyed the spring blooms. I look forward to many shoots in the future with this gorgeous girl.
