Amanda & Jeff met in the summer of 2014 when Amanda was randomly drafted onto Jeff’s adult kickball team. After three years of going on adventures with and without family, exploring bars and restaurants, having fun with Hank (their handsome mutt), and cheering on the Georgia football team, Jeff decided to propose on New Year’s Eve 2017.
I learned from our earliest communication that Amanda & Jeff are a super fun couple. Jeff might actually be one of the funniest people I’ve met, and I love how he’s always making Amanda laugh. Their wedding day was a blast, just as I expected it to be. There was a terrible threat of rain the entire week (and morning) leading up to the wedding, but we didn’t experience a single drop of rain.
This was my first time photographing at Callanwolde Fine Arts Center, and it’s now one of my top favorite venues. Such beautiful backdrops everywhere you go. Amanda & Jeff’s entire vendor team was amazing, from Drake Social coordinating everything smoothly, to Faith Flowers putting together an epic display in the reception ballroom, to Zest Atlanta Catering serving some of the best food I’ve ever had at a wedding, and an East Coast Entertainment band bringing down the house as usual.
I couldn’t be happier for this couple, and I wish them a lifetime of laughter.

Everyone knows I LOVE twirly dresses, and Amanda sent me a video of herself twirling in her wedding dress the day she bought it because she knew I’d be so excited. Needless to say, we fit in a few twirls on the wedding day. :) Doesn’t she look absolutely angelic?!
I love that you can see the wedding party in the windows of these photos. I always tell my couples that they can have 100% privacy during a first look… or they can let people sneak a peek from afar. :)
