Carson & Cody met on an online dating website that Carson claims she was very hesitant about joining. Her friends pushed her to try it, but she was skeptical, and after a few months on the app, she had almost lost all hope that it would lead to anything. That’s when she was scrolling through some unread messages and saw Cody’s. Right from the start, she could tell that there was something different about him. They exchanged numbers, and he started calling every night to ask her how her day was. After they met up for their first casual date, they quickly became inseparable. Cody ultimately proposed on a cruise vacation they had booked, and they tied the knot at Lake Lanier Islands this past October.
Their wedding day was beautiful and sunny with a breeze by the water, and it was absolutely gorgeous. I loved the different hues of purple & pink bridesmaids’ dresses and how fun the entire wedding party was. Carson & Cody shared a sweet First Look on the rocks alongside the lake at Pineisle Pointe, and then they said their vows at Legacy Pointe. At the end of their ceremony, confetti cannons shot confetti into the air, and it looked like it was snowing for several minutes. It was my first time seeing this done, and it was EPIC. Everyone then partied hard for the rest of the night, and I got to see Cody bust out some incredible moves on the dance floor.
All in all, it was an amazing day, and I am so happy for this couple.
