Emily & Jared | Atlanta Wedding

Emily & Jared are yet ANOTHER one of my couples who met on Bumble, which seems to be the #1 way to find love in the 21st century.  Their first date was cut short when their waiter, eager to turn their table around, brought the bill and asked them to pay quickly and leave. But they made up for their short first date on their second date when they stayed at a restaurant for FOUR hours getting to know each other. And well, the rest is history. Exactly 3 years after their first date, Jared popped the question.

They got married at their church, Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, and held their reception at Westside Warehouse in Atlanta.  Catholic weddings always have interesting timelines, and Emily & Jared had the “Catholic pause” midday between the ceremony & reception, which allowed us time to take a shuttle to nearby spots, like Westside Provisions Bridge, for photos.  It was so nice getting to relax a little with Emily & Jared without guests immediately waiting on us.  And once the party started… it DIDN’T STOP.  The dance floor was hopping from beginning to end, and I think these photos show just how much FUN everyone had.

Congratulations, Emily & Jared, and THANK YOU for trusting me to capture this special occasion.
