Peggy & Robert have been dating ever since high school, but many of their recent years have been spent long distance. Robert went to Auburn for undergrad, and Peggy attended UGA. Now Robert lives in Florida, and Peggy is still here in Georgia. We scheduled their engagement session for when Robert would be visiting, and we unintentionally chose a weekend that had 1) an art festival on Marietta’s Square, and 2) a terrible weather forecast. But both things ended up working to our advantage, and we had downtown Marietta basically all to ourselves before the festival began! I loved exploring the alleyways, brick sidewalks, murals, and other charm that the square had to offer. I am already itching to come back to this city when these two tie the knot… on the Georgia/Auburn weekend this fall!
