Lauren is a free spirit who loves adventure, music, roller coasters, and being barefoot. When I asked her what she enjoys doing as a hobby, her first response was “I like jumping off of things.” As someone who has paraglided, bungee jumped, and skydived… I can say that I totally relate. She’s also a HUGE animal lover, and I loved that she brought her sweet 10-year-old dog, Snoopy, to the session!
Just like her adventurous personality would imply, she totally let me choose the locations of her senior session. We started in Normaltown where I’ve always wanted to explore all the different walls and murals. During our initial meeting, she also mentioned how she loves old VW buses… so I knew I had to track one down for her session. I was so blessed to find a guy with a beautiful blue VW bus named Freckles who agreed to bring the bus to Athens for this session. Between Freckles and the fact that a humungous rainbow appeared at the very end of the session… It was the perfect ending to an amazing evening (we’ll ignore the part where it was 100 million degrees outside).
Lauren is graduating in May with the Class of 2020 from Winder-Barrow High School. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for this inspiring young lady.
