Claire Diana Photography: Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening

October 3, 2014

Today, October 3, is the “first friday” of the month, which in Watkinsville means popcorn, tractor rides, puppies, live music, and more!  It also means that it’s been exactly one month since Claire Diana Photography’s Grand Opening on Main Street!  I have absolutely loved being on this street, and I can’t wait to continue meeting and serving the people in this charming town.

I am really writing this as a “thank you”…

I want to thank everyone who made it out to my grand opening last month.  I was so blown away by the overwhelming support, and it’s a night that I’ve relived over and over in my head and still get butterflies thinking about.

Thank you so much to everyone who helped by donating items, to those who surprised me by driving long distances, and to those who have been there for me throughout this entire process.

I want to thank my Watkinsville neighbors who have welcomed me with open arms!

I definitely have to thank my amazing photographer friends, Sarah Lynn and Blane Marable, for documenting this special occasion for me!

A HUGE thank you goes out to Nicole Yearwood of Inner Beauty Outward for doing my hair, and to Frances Gibson of Dover Grace Alternative Boutique for the dress (which happens to match my colors, say what?!).

And the biggest Thank You goes to my parents (and grandparents!!) who have helped me through every step of this journey.  I don’t know what I’d do without you.

My dream of opening a studio wouldn’t be a reality without the love and support of my amazing family, friends, and clients.  So from the bottom of my heart, thank you.
