If you haven’t seen me post about Jessie & Dave before, head over to view photos from their sweet courthouse wedding that I captured back in November. They are both kind, compassionate, God-fearing people, and I am so grateful to call them friends. They’re expecting a little girl, and I already know they’re going to be the BEST parents.
There was a large threat of rain during the time of their maternity session, but Jessie & Dave had the attitude of “rain or shine,” so I packed umbrellas and hopped in the car. It actually rained most of my way to the Founders Garden, but somehow I arrived to dry ground and we were able to fit the session in without pulling out the umbrellas. It was hot and muggy, but they looked like models, per usual. At the very end, as we were about to get in our cars, the clouds parted and the sun came out. Everyone knows I’m obsessed with sunlight, so naturally I made them take a few more. So the last photos are of Jessie & Dave in a parking lot… but those are my favorites. :)
