Allison & Phil met while both pursuing their Master’s degrees at LSU.  They were both music majors, and they first connected in the gym where Allison taught Phil how to play racquetball.  They just tied the knot at the Piedmont Garden Tent in Atlanta during what was a gorgeous spring day.  I adored Allison’s tea length wedding dress that showed off her shoes and allowed her to twirl to her heart’s content. The colorful wildflower bouquets and table centerpieces were to die for.  The venue is adjacent to Piedmont Park, so we were able to enjoy the city skyline day and night.  Allison is a travel advisor and incorporated that into a map for guests to sign and table markers of different countries.  She also included her love of plants by giving away succulent favors to her guests… and I may have taken a few at the end of the night (I love that this gift, if taken care of, is long lasting and can always be a reminder of their special day).  What probably stood out the most is how many close friends traveled in for this wedding, and how emotional the day was.  Allison cried multiple times, and Phil shed some tears while watching her walk down the aisle.  All around, it was an incredible day for this very deserving couple, and I am so happy for them!  Congrats, Allison & Phil!
