Hillary & Brent described in one word: adorable. They actually grew up living five minutes apart and then attended the same high school… but never met until they found each other on Christian Mingle years later. Their love for each other is incredible to witness. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a groom dote on his bride the way that Brent doted on Hillary on their wedding day. The day started off with hair and makeup at Angela Michael, where Hillary and several of her bridesmaids work / have worked. The ceremony and reception were held at the Payne-Corley House in Duluth. I love love love First Looks because of how intimate and emotional they are, and Hillary & Brent’s First Look was the cutest thing ever. I stayed far away with my zoom lens so that I couldn’t hear what they were saying (I don’t want to be in their moment!), but the smiles and expressions I saw on their faces made me melt. From day one of meeting this sweet couple, they have been such a dream to work with. Their families have extended so much kindness and generosity toward me, and they’ve trusted my vision from start to finish. Hillary even did a bridal session a few weeks before the wedding to try out her hair and makeup and get more photos in her wedding dress. She looked like an absolute princess (which Brent would tell you she is). My favorite part of the day was when Brent and his groomsmen surprised Hillary with a group performance of N’Sync’s Bye Bye Bye (photos below!). Enjoy!
