If you missed Kyla & Joel’s awesome book-themed engagement session, you’ll be happy to hear that their wedding also incorporated their love for reading/writing! Kyla, better known as author K.A. Linde, is the USA Today bestselling author of the Avoiding series, Record series, Take Me for Granted, and Following Me. They used cute decorations at their wedding reception such as an antique typewriter, books as table centerpieces, fictional couples as table markers, and asked everyone to sign their guestbook and recommend a book to read!
I loved that everything during the wedding day was within walking distance; The couple got ready at the Hilton Garden Inn, took portraits on UGA’s North Campus, had a gorgeous ceremony at the Classic Center Firehall, snuck inside the Atrium for a few photos, and had their reception in one of the Foundry Street Building’s ballrooms. Some of my favorite parts of Kyla & Joel’s wedding day include their adorable First Look at the UGA Chapel, when everyone dramatically sang Bohemian Rhapsody at the reception, and the epic dancing that lasted through the night (Kyla is actually the coach of the Georgia Dance Team and many team members attended).
