Taylor & Andrew met during the very first weekend of their first semesters at Georgia College. Through mutual friends in the dorms, they were introduced and became great friends. It was more than two years later that Taylor & Andrew both realized on the same night, while talking and watching a football game, that they wanted more than friendship. In November of 2013, Andrew officially asked Taylor to be his girlfriend, and the rest is history. They vowed to spend the rest of their lives together on June 12, 2016 at Indigo Falls in Dallas, GA.
Their wedding day was one of the hottest I’ve experienced, but the heat didn’t take away the joy of the occasion for even a second. Their photo time in the hot sun was full of love, laughter, & excitement. Because they chose to share an intimate first look before the ceremony, we were able to utilize most of the property at Indigo Falls, which has an abundance of gorgeous backdrops. I loved how Taylor’s ADORABLE little sister & flower girl, Maggie, looked up to Taylor the entire day. I also loved the intimacy of their ceremony overlooking the lake, the ice cream bar at the reception, and the way the grounds lit up with a million twinkle lights at night. It was a day centered around Christ and celebrated with close family & friends, and I feel blessed to have been able to capture these incredible memories.
