I met Jessie while out salsa dancing one night, and we instantly hit it off. As our friendship has grown, I’ve heard Jessie go on and on about a guy named Dave. At first he was her boyfriend, and then he became her fiancé. But as much as she talked about him, I could never meet Dave because he lived in Haiti. Their relationship has had a lot of long distance stretches, but a couple weeks ago Dave moved to the states. And yesterday I got to finally meet the man that Jessie has talked so much about! And all I can say is wow! It’s one thing to hear how amazing someone is, but it’s another to witness it yourself. I am beyond thrilled that my dear friend has found someone who cares for her so well and puts the biggest smile on her face… and can dance with her. ;) Turns out that Dave is a professional dancer, so I’m excited for future dancing outings together!
