Jasmin & Jose are a VERY dear couple to me by now. I photographed their engagement in Athens & wedding at Yonah Mountain Vineyards. And while both were AH-MAZING, they endured some crazyyyyy weather during both. On their wedding day, a terrible storm blew through and it rained ALL DAY. Jasmin and I had been excitedly looking forward to a sunset ceremony in the vineyard, followed by golden hour portraits with the mountains in the background. And sadly we didn’t get any of that on their wedding day, as we were forced to shift to a “Plan B” indoor alternative. But for their 1 year anniversary, Jasmin & Jose decided to head back out to the venue to finally get the glowy pictures of their dreams. And I am SO glad they did — it doesn’t get any more golden & romantic & swoon-worthy than these!! Jasmin even had a paper bouquet made out of the lyrics of their first dance song, because the first anniversary is traditionally the “paper anniversary.” I love these photos, and I love this couple even more. Happy Anniversary, Jasmin & Jose.
