Amanda was first my roommate, then my friend, and now one of my brides! Over the last year, I have loved witnessing the beauty of her relationship with Josh and talking over wedding details as she planned her big day. When we were brainstorming venues, I shared what was currently my “dream venue” to photograph, and it ended up being the perfect fit for her! She & Josh said their “I do’s” last weekend at the Farm at High Shoals, so now I’m able to share her stunning bridal portraits (which were also taken at the farm). I swear, this venue has TOO many perfect backdrops for photos (but is that really a problem?). We started her portraits by the stables and then headed up to the beautiful stone villa and ended our session in the vineyard at sunset… where we encountered a rainbow! Amanda’s dress is one of the most simple, classic, & timeless wedding dresses I’ve ever seen, and it was perfect paired with her cathedral-length veil with gorgeous lace appliqués. As amazing as her bridal portrait session was, her wedding day was even more incredible, and I can’t wait to share those images soon!
